Return Policies
Please check your order immediately after receiving it. If you notice any damage or shortages, leave the package(s) intact and contact us. You have 72 Hours after receiving your order to notify us of any issues with your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days. Depending on the product being returned, there may be a restocking fee.
Shipping Policies
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping cost will only be refunded if BBQMonkey.com made the error in shipping the product.
